Qualified candidates must have basic construction skills and knowledge, own their own tools, possess a valid driver's license with good driving record, have a reliable truck or van, be organized and be able to effectively & professionally communicate with employees & tenants with a positive attitude. Team player a must!
Qualifications:
Prior maintenance experience in property management strongly preferred, but not required.
Proficient in unit turns is a plus
Excellent customer service skills
Strong team player
Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks & projects
Appliance repair skills
Ability to troubleshoot requests
Task-oriented
Must be local to the Yakima area due to icy winters and the need to respond to tenant repairs in an expeditious manner.
