Service scheduler & inside sales assistant:
Job entails data entry into QuickBooks, excel and word. Filing, taking customer calls, preparing job invoices for call outs and scheduling service technicians. Aiding sales team in providing customers with brochures and literature, helping schedule sales teams meetings and follow up calls. Knowledge in QuickBooks is a MUST. Must have a clean driving record and provide a 3-year MVR for insurance pre-approval. Looking for a team player who is willing to learn. Pay is DOE, company offers great benefit packages.
