Short term positions - will train - need to be able to take and follow instruction and work independently - requires standing and walking around large fruit trees working from the ground - may involve use of ten fool aluminum orchard ladders - brain, eye, hand coordination removing small and excess pear buts from fruit trees - job may run from 2 to 10 days depending how things go - work is outdoor and there will be exposure to weather and the elements - will need to wear suitable clothing to protect from cold, heat, wind and sun - glasses must be work for safety - pays $17.00 hourly one 15 minute rest break and 30 minute meal break - 8 hour days start time will either be 7 or 8AM
