Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks is crucial. The ability to follow instructions as directed is also essential. Prior experience is not required but would be a plus. The role involves contributing to a positive team spirit, treating customers and coworkers with respect, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness, and being self-motivated and efficient with time. Adapting to short notice demands or changing requirements is also expected. The successful candidate will consistently be at work and on time, and will generate suggestions for improving work. They will ask for and offer help when needed and be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.Hard Skills
