Your Role
As a Lakeside Service Technician, you’ll be part of a disciplined, organized service team focused on profitability through excellence - diagnosing accurately, communicating clearly, and delivering five-star service every time.
You’ll:
Service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients
Communicate system issues, solutions, and options with confidence and clarity
Perform warranty work and complete documentation accurately
Participate in training to stay sharp and grow in our tier system
Maintain a clean truck, workspace, and safety standards
Represent Lakeside with honesty and professionalism in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in HVAC service
Licenses: 06A trainee license and EPA 608 Universal
Certifications: NATE preferred
Skills: Heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, diagnostics, and repair proficiency
Character: Reliable, motivated, organized, and customer-focused
Tech Comfort: Familiarity with digital tools (iPad, CRM, job tracking software)
