Weed removal

I am looking for someone to weed a hedgerow border and remove all grass and bindweed at its roots on a small scale commercial farm. The area is approximately 5 by 70 feet. I also have a row of raspberries that I would like weeded. I expect both would take one day. I am looking for someone with weeding experience who knows how to find and remove all grass roots and not just pull out the top part. In your response please describe your experience and knowledge here. All tools (shovels, knives, buckets and compost area for disposal) are provided.
