North Central Washington orchard company is looking for a self-motivated, qualified Orchard Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of an 800+ acre high-quality apple and cherry operation. Knowledge of high-density and traditional systems is essential. Duties include but are not limited to management of planting, trellising, pruning, training, thinning, pesticide programs, fertilization, irrigation, and harvesting. Experience with budgeting and managing the budget is important. Bilingual communication and interpersonal skills are required. Critical thinking and attention to detail is essential. Strong horticulture and management experience are required. Must value a team culture, candidate would report to General Manager. Company provides support in the areas of compliance and human resources. This position is concentrated on horticultural management.
