Prep cook position Wednesday-Saturday

We are looking for a prep cook to fill a 4 day per week, 10 hour per day position. hours would generally be 10AM-8PM Wed. - Sat. basic kitchen skills will be needed to perform this job such as basic knife skills, recipe reading, using a meat slicer, food processor, etc. please respond to this email with a resume attached (or a list of work experience). This position involves prep from 10AM-5PM, and then making salads to order on the cook line from 5-8PM. We do not need a seasoned cook for this position, but previous kitchen experience will be helpful.
