Job Description:
As a Barista at our coffee shop, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. We are looking for someone who not only has the skills to craft delicious coffee beverages but also excels in customer service. Your ability to work well with others, take constructive criticism, and be a team player are essential qualities we are looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, smoothies, energy drinks and other menu items.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages and food items.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking order, multi-tasking and moving quickly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Listen to and learn from constructive criticism to improve your skills.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in cash handling.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
