As a Kitchen team member, you will be an integral part of various food preparation tasks. Your precision and dedication will ensure that our dishes are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. We are looking for someone with a passion for culinary craftsmanship, the ability to follow recipes, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items with precision and artistic flair.
Follow recipes and techniques to create exquisite pasta dishes and other menu offerings.
Ensure quality and presentation of dishes meet our high standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Comply with food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or Kitchen Prep in a restaurant setting (preferred but not mandatory).
Passion for culinary arts and a genuine interest in pasta crafting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for excellence.
Compensation:
Wage is dependent on experience (DOE).
