THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Risk Management - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Prepare analyses and reports used to evaluate the impact of proposed risks to the enterprise.Build and maintain relationships with business partners at the VP, Director, Manager and staff levels. Provide advice and share knowledge with business partner VPs, Directors and Managers to strengthen governance, risk and control environments, as appropriate.Conduct RCSA/Risk Assessment Execution for processes within HR including process mapping/walkthroughs, identification of risks and controls gaps and improvement opportunities.Partner with HR business partners on issue management, track results of issues opening, remediation, and closure and facilitate appropriate corrective actions.Review business strategies and make decisions that will drive success and limit operational risk in the face of shifting consumer behaviors and regulations.
