Private Capital Project Specialist

BryceTech is looking for a Technical Project Manager that will play a crucial role in supporting AFWERX initiatives designed to foster innovation and collaboration between the Department of Defense (DoD) and private-sector investors. This position involves managing projects that connect startups and small businesses with private capital sources, analyzing funding opportunities, and providing strategic guidance to enhance investment readiness.Key Responsibilities include:Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects related to private capital initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Investment Analysis:Analyze funding trends and investor behaviors to identify opportunities for partnership and investment.Evaluate business proposals and conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain relationships with private investors, venture capital firms, and startup accelerators.Facilitate workshops, pitch days, and networking events to promote collaboration between startups and investors.Reporting and Evaluation:Prepare reports and presentations on project outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and market trends.Support the continuous improvement of AFWERX programs through data analysis and feedback.Strategic Guidance:Provide support and guidance to startups on best practices for securing private funding.Assist in the development of resources and materials to enhance the investment readiness of startups.
