As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to the credit review and underwriting of MAH loans. Other responsibilities include  managing communications and/or negotiations between Fannie Mae and clients regarding loans.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Multifamily Affordable Underwriting and Credit Lead role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Contribute to the team in gathering information on potential risks and costs involved with providing services to a customer.Analyze the risks and costs and determine an appropriate lending decision, as well as create documentation of the negotiated decision.Recommend and/or Approve issuance of the securities or other financial loans to the customer.Underwriting and structuring loans for multifamily housing transactions, primarily funded with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and Section 8 HAP.
