ISN is actively seeking an experienced e-Discovery Cloud Systems Engineer to support federal e-Discovery Litigation Support programs.  As a Cloud Systems Engineer on the program, this role is possess skills to perform tasks in areas such as, but not limited to the following: ◦  Manage Relativity upgrades, testing, deployments, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. 
◦  Ability to apply the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) knowledge and understanding to effectively manage all phases of e-discovery
◦  Manage cloud infrastructure for hosting Relativity and other related applications.
◦  Utilize Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to manage project tasks, streamline deployments and migrations to ensure timely deliverables as well as maintaining platform operations.
◦  Provide overall technical support to Relativity end users to include issues with processing and review.
◦  Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and implement effective solutions.
◦  Maintain data security and privacy compliance with federal standards and regulations.
◦  Develop and maintain documentation  for systems, processes, and user guides.
