As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate with project leads on problem solving and process improvement projects to enable the client to meet organizational goals.  In this role, you will support and contribute to the collection and analysis of data, generate presentations related to the problem and desired outcomes, generate insights and recommendations, and support the client during the execution of solutions towards their desired outcome. As a Lead Associate, you have the skills and ability to execute most of these functions independently, utilizing established methods, with the benefit of team feedback and guidance.   The Continuous Improvement - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities in collaboration with project leads:  Collaborate with project leads to define the objectives of projects to solve the right problem at the right level Support and execute on comprehensive data collection, research, and observations to support root cause problem solving  Support design and implement systematic approaches to analyze data derived from interviews, process documents, and independent research to generate meaningful insights and presentations, telling a story that resonates with client with actionable solutions  Monitor and report on the performance of deliverables, products or project teams  Support, as needed, stakeholder management for project leads with the client to enable their execution of priorities for the enterprise
