A sales assistant has a large influence on client satisfaction.
Provide administrative support in a variety of ways, including by answering incoming calls, organizing filing systems, coordinating
schedules, and preparing correspondence and documents
Send various forms to clients as requested and required
Assist Financial Advisors with client support and time management
Process confidential information
Open, maintain, and service client accounts
Follow up on missing paperwork
Process new accounts and files
Perform daily business processing to include department mail and processing checks and securities
Maintain the client and mailing database
Update Financial Advisors’ calendars
Service clients by researching and resolving problems
Coordinate and assist Financial Advisor(s) with client events by marketing, mailing, following up, and assisting on the day of the
event
Work with the operations department for account maintenance and to initiate and update client instructions
Complete department projects
Maintain the client scanning system such that records are accurate and complete
Balance settlement account and review trade blotters.
Review and notify Financial Advisor(s) of new referrals
Send wires as requested by Financial Advisor(s) and clients
Provide backup support to other Financial Assistants when necessary
Other responsibilities as assigned
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities –
knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation
E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
Bachelor’sdegreeor equivalent experience. (Required)
1yearof experience as an assistant in the financial services industry or a
related field(Required)
Becoming familiar with investment concepts and terminology, including investment vehicles, transaction types, and securities
clearing systems
Building proficiency with Microsoft Office
Self-starter with initiative while working closely with clients and Financial Advisors
Able to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks at once
Data entry, reading, and comprehensive skills
Ability to process confidential work
Professional presentation, including throughattire

The pay range for this role is $20.22 - $30.00 and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
