This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned CT Technologist to expand their leadership skills while continuing to perform the rewarding work they love.ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:As a Lead CT Technologist, you will be a vital member of our team, performing high-quality CT scans while providing limited supervision and mentorship to fellow technologists. You will contribute directly to patient care while also playing a key role in the efficient and effective operation of our department. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth.Lead Responsibilities:This role offers a blend of hands-on patient care and leadership opportunities. You will:

Mentor and Train: Provide on-the-job training to new and existing staff, ensuring consistent high-quality performance.

Optimize Workflow: Monitor workflow, create schedules, and review work to maintain quality and productivity standards. Manage supply inventory.

Performance Management: Contribute to performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs.

Process Improvement: Assist in implementing new procedures and train staff on new technologies and systems.

Problem Solving: Assist colleagues with complex or unusual situations, escalating issues as needed.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Participate in the interview process, new hire orientation, and onboarding of new team members.

QualificationsQualifications:

ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required.

Current Washington State Rad Tech license required.

Minimum of one year of experience as a CT Technologist.

Considerable knowledge of CT scanning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to understand patient flow and schedule staff effectively.

Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
