The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and handling our company's incoming payments.
This role involves ensuring smooth and efficient processing of revenue, generating financial reports, conducting account audits, and maintaining up-to-date records.
The ideal candidate should be highly capable with good knowledge of bookkeeping and a keen eye for detecting problems.
Responsibilities:
Managing and organizing all issues related to accounts receivable
Preparing and mailing invoices, and ensuring timely payments
Contacting clients about unpaid and overdue accounts, answering their inquiries
Maintaining accurate and complete financial, client, and audit files
Preparing financial reports
Collaborating with the team to enhance financial procedures
Requirements
Experience in real estate accounting is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, as well as accounting software.
Excellent organizational, communication, and data entry skills.
Detail-oriented with an ability to spot numerical errors.
Experience with detailed financial data.
