Position Overview:
We are currently looking to expand our team with a part-time driver (1 day a week) for property scouting and homeowner engagement. While real estate experience is not a prerequisite, we value team players who are eager to contribute to our collaborative efforts. This role, essential to our project operations, not only connects you with the community but also offers the potential for increased hours and a bonus upon closing deals that you play a role in.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive to various properties within designated areas on Saturdays or Sundays.
Knock on doors to initiate conversations with homeowners.
Take clear and detailed photographs of properties.
Engage in friendly and informative discussions with property owners.
Accurately follow specific instructions related to property assessments.
Be able to do minor fix ups and swap locks.
Requirements:
A reliable vehicle.
Strong interpersonal skills and a sociable demeanor.
Ability to communicate effectively with potential sellers.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel across Spokane county.
Capability to follow instructions precisely.
