Job Description:
We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician with at least one year of experience to join our team in Spokane, WA. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on commercial and residential pools and spas
Test and balance water chemistry
Clean and service pool filters, pumps, and skimmers
Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment issues
Perform minor repairs and report major issues to management
Maintain accurate service records and communicate with clients as needed
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of pool maintenance experience
Basic knowledge of water chemistry and pool equipment
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) or willingness to obtain certification
Experience with automated pool systems
Plumbing or electrical knowledge related to pool equipment
