We are seeking a driver to drive our semi and reefer trailer locally and to Portland or Yakima. This is a summer job that starts in a week and goes through September delivering our farm grown fruit. We usually do one or two trips from our farm near Reardan to Spokane and a trip or two to Portland or Yakima. We have had a retired truck driver doing these deliveries but he, unfortunately, has fallen ill and can no longer drive. No driver loading or unloading but we do need a careful, thoughtful driver.
We pay $0.90/mile and pay twice a month.
Occasionally we have local loads off season but mostly this is only a summer job. Perfect for a retired driver that wants to earn a little extra. Must be reliable as when the load has to go it has to go!
Nice equipment with 13 speed and a 450 cummins. Easy loads.
