Job Summary

Our Installers make the magic happen. They bring customers’ dream spaces to life with a mix of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in their work.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing our products and systems in a safe, high-quality, productive, and accurate manner. Based on the provided designs and components, Installers will construct, erect, and build custom storage systems and accessories using laminate wood, edge-banding, hardware, and other materials, requiring skills with hand tools and power tools we provide!

Our Installers use company-provided vans and tools to pick up, deliver, and install custom-designed cabinets, closets, and many other built-in storage systems. These systems range from incredible, celebrity-style walk-in closets, garages, media centers, home offices, pantries, and more, to custom-designed furniture with integrated wall beds.

We are conveniently located in Post Falls/ State line.

We will provide paid, on-the-job training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude!

What Will You Do?

● Utilize company-provided CAD drawings and blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently

● Construct and install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in residential homes and commercial buildings

● Assemble and install systems of varying complexity both independently and with other team members, depending on the size of the system

● Assist in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes

● Provide a high level of customer service during all installation projects

● Use and maintain company-provided tools and equipment in safe working order and adhere to all safety standards

● Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and maintaining company-provided vehicles in a safe manner

What You Need

Minimum one year of experience as a trim carpenter, finish carpenter, cabinet installer, mill-works installer, wood floor installer, wood-shop worker, or similar job within the carpentry industry

Must have a safe experience using a table saw, miter saw, circular saw, router, nail gun etc.

Minimum of one year in customer service. We provide a unique customer experience and need people who can produce detailed custom work while delivering top-notch customer service

Clean driving record, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work

Able to pass a criminal history background check and a DMV driving history background check

Must be physically fit with no back problems or existing injuries and able to lift 75 lbs. overhead

Must be drug-free, honest, responsible, reliable, trainable, easy to work with, a strong communicator and take pride in your work with great attention to detail
