The Role: Finish Carpenter
- We’re looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship. You’ll be installing trim, doors, flooring, accent walls, and more in high-end residential homes. Every job is different, but our standards are always the same: exceptional.
- You’ll be expected to lead by example on the job site, communicate clearly, solve problems in real time, and deliver a clean, finished product homeowners love. This is not just a “cut-and-go” role, we’re looking for a professional who respects the trade and wants to keep improving it.
What You’ll Do
- Install base, casing, crown, doors, beams, accent walls, hard surface flooring, etc.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Read plans, follow scopes, and proactively solve issues
- Communicate clearly with PMs and team members
- Support or lead helpers and other crew as needed
- Represent Watts Built with professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of finish carpentry and flooring experience
- Detail-focused and takes ownership of your work
- Reliable, respectful, and able to work independently and on a team
- Good attitude, shows up ready to work and contribute
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
