Looking to add a seasoned maintenance professional with commercial/retail handyman experience to our team as a 10-99 contractor. Self-employed or a handyman professional looking to pick up side work preferred.
Scope of work:
- MUST carry general liability insurance coverage and be able to operate technical applications from your phone as this job is entirely remote- We are a multi-state operation, currently across five states.
- Must own a substantial set of maintenance tools to complete projects such as light plumbing and electrical, drywall repair/installation, equipment repair, door replacements, graffiti removal, painting, flooring, glass board-ups, pressure wash cleaning, and other miscellaneous jobs.
- Complete maintenance and repair work with a high-quality standard and have on-the-job critical thinking skills.
- Must be able to accurately assess and price/bid jobs with necessary detail (labor, materials & and required equipment, if applicable) and communicate that to the operations team via notes and pictures.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace based on OSHA safety standards
- We provide partial travel reimbursement, but you must have reliable transportation (truck or van preferred) and a valid driver's license.
- We find the jobs for you, schedule them based on your availability, provide all materials needed for repairs via Home Depot, Lowes, Grainger, etc., and pay on a bi-weekly basis via direct deposit. All you have to do is provide us with detailed documentation and do the maintenance work!
