We are currently looking for Heavy Equipment Operators
Competitive pay based on experience.
Preferred skills: being able to check grades, experience working around commercial buildings providing over-lot grading, curb and gutter grading, sidewalks, structural excavation and backfill, utility excavation and backfill, etc. Practices good housekeeping of their machines.
General laborers needed also, will train and provide opportunities for advancement into equipment. Knowledge of all hand tools. Basic vehicle maintenance to include checking fluid levels, greasing equipment, keeping machines clean and in proper working order.
Requirements:
Self-reliant, self-starter- work on your own.
Sewer and water experience a plus.
Reliable transportation.
PRIMARY DUTY:
Safety check of equipment and job site. Communicate any concerns to Foreman.
Assist or perform grade setting and verification. Transit and laser level operation.
Be able to recognize changing ground conditions.
Assist employees and other operators as needed to ensure a quality product.
Perform any duty as assigned by the Foreman.
EXPERIENCE:
Heavy Equipment Operator experience necessary
Drain Layer experience preferred.
Labor experience preferred but not necessary.
