We have 2 part-time rooms available for rent Oct 1st in a boutique spa on the South Hill. Rooms are large with cabinets and sinks and well suited for massage therapist, body worker, injectables or medical use, esthetician, lash tech or other spa type services.
Free parking, Wi-Fi included, laundry on site, some furnishings available for use, flexible lease terms and great team. Must have your own business, insurance and preferably your own clientele.
Room 1: Available Wed-Sat. Room 2: Available Wed, Sat and Sunday.
Rent: 2 days minimum required $250, 3 days $350 and 4 days $450.
