Alphy is seeking a Junior Developer to join our WFH team that is mostly based in CdA.
Help build HarmCheck, our AI-driven tools that improve workplace communication by identifying risks related to bias, harassment, and compliance. You’ll contribute across the stack—developing backend APIs, supporting frontend features, and collaborating on internal tools and micro-services.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career with strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for ethical technology.
You’ll bring:
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks like React
Interest in backend/API development using Node.js and Azure
Interest in front-ends - Chrome Extension, Outlook Add-In
Familiarity with MongoDB and RESTful APIs
