This is a 100% commission based job with a set schedule.
My average salesman does 30 sales a mo. with 200 vehicles in inventory! You will not be competing with a dozen salespersons, I want to make sure everyone is happy and "well fed" so there will only be 2/3 salespeople working at a time at one of our 2 locations, in the valley.
I'm looking for hustlers who are money motivated with internal drive and positive attitude.
Commission structure:
1-19 $200/unit sold (at 19 $3800)
20+ $250/unit sold (at 20 $5000)
30+ $300/ unit sold (at 30 $9000) this is the average turn over of this position.
40+ $320/ unit sold (at 40 $12800) This isn't hard to obtain with a positive attitude and consistency
50+ $340/ unit sold (at 50 $17000) This level of income is achievable with maintained high level of energy and getting to the point quickly and always closing without being pushy but more helpful and informative, doing your own social media personal advertizing, getting referrals, high customer satisfaction ratings.
What to expect to perform your duties at the dealership:
Delivering a VIP customer experience throughout the car buying process.
Communicating with customers in a respectful, clear, engaging, and transparent manner.
Knowing your store inventory and product offerings, making appropriate recommendations.
Promoting Valle VIP Auto Sales to your friends, family members, and people you don't even know, feel comfortable handing out your business cards.
Using various tools, social media platforms and computer programs to support the sales process.
Facilitating steps of the sale including taking test drives, getting copy of driver license and insurance info.
Maintaining the sales area so our vehicles and products are neatly and accurately displayed.
Other duties may be assigned as needed and responsibilities may vary by store.
MUST HAVE
Valid Driver License. (I have to be able to insure you)
