WHAT WE NEED:
We are in need of telephone Sales Representatives – No Experience Necessary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- YOU MUST BE COACHABLE AND WILLING to utilizing our sales process to become successful.
Make outbound sales calls to customers while offering great products and customer service (making at least 50 calls per day).
- Sell consultatively, detailing products, determine customer needs and requirements, and make recommendations to - both prospects and customers of the various solutions.
- Work in conjunction with sales management team providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to comfortably and professionally read out loud
- Results oriented, driven self-starter
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products desired
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
