Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as a sales representative operating in the real estate investment sector. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients via phone to discuss our investment opportunities, address their inquiries, and guide them through the products and services we offer.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads list.
- Present our opportunities and products in a compelling and informative manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Prior experience in phone sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
