Job Title: Community Media & Marketing Representative

We’re looking for a Community Media & Marketing Representative—someone who’s social, organized, and passionate about making a local impact. You’ll be out in the community, meeting small business owners, attending events, and using both your personality and digital savvy to help people grow their brand.
This isn’t a cold-call-heavy, high-pressure sales job. It’s a modern-day community connector role. You’ll be representing our trusted local magazines, digital marketing services, and established social media platforms throughout Sandpoint, Coeur d’Alene, and surrounding areas with people who know us and follow us!
You’ll help identify business needs, set appointments for our Sales Manager, and amplify local voices through both real-world relationships and digital presence. If you love people, thrive on meaningful interactions, and enjoy using tools like Instagram or Facebook to connect and engage—this might be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Visiting local businesses and chatting with owners about their goals
-Helping identify marketing needs and setting appointments for our sales team
-Attending Chamber mixers, community events, expos, and local happenings
-Sharing and engaging with our large local social media accounts
-Supporting community marketing efforts both in person and online
-Using our CRM and communication tools to stay organized and follow up
-Acting as a friendly, go-to local presence for our media brand
You’ll Totally Thrive In This Role If You:
-Are outgoing, organized, and love connecting with people
-Understand how social media can support small business success
-Enjoy attending events and being active in your community
-Like having a flexible schedule with a consistent routine
-Have experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or marketing
-Live in North Idaho (or are planning to move here soon)

-$3,000- monthly base + uncapped commission and monthly bonuses
-$500.00 expense reimbursement
