WANTED: Reliable handyman and/or contractors for apartment properties

I'm a property owner with a handful of (historic) multi-family properties in Brownes Addition and South Hill. Looking for handman, contractor, or small GC to help with miscellaneous repairs, turn-overs, remodeling, painting, etc, etc. Reliability, consistency, honesty are key. I have multiple projects that are ready to go so can keep someone busy for several months.
