We are looking for someone to come in a few times a week to help:
-update invoices, payroll, bookkeeping
-tidy up and organize the office
-follow up with job board/schedules
-prep for meetings
-track bonuses/pnl etc
-customer care/ lead tracking assistance
To start 20-30 hours a week leading to more work soon.
Experience with construction, admin, bookkeeping, coordination is a must.
Pay starts at $22.50 per hour plus bonuses . Revaluate after 90 days.
