Seeking a part time storage facility manager who oversees the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility, including renting units, assisting Uhaul equipment rentals, managing customer interactions, and ensuring the facility's cleanliness and security.
Responsible for maximizing sales for storage rental and moving supplies and maintaining a customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, provide facility tours, and address customer concerns.
Leasing and Sales: Manage rental storage units, rent Uhaul equipment and promote the facility.
Financial Management: Collect rent, process payments, and manage the cash drawer.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, security, and condition of the facility, including regular inspections and addressing minor repairs.
