Resource and Fundraising Development Officer

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Resource and Fundraising Development Officer is responsible for the strategic planning, management, and oversight of the organization’s fundraising program. This individual must ensure the program is designed and executed thoughtfully to engage donors and volunteers to strengthen relationships and fundraising results. Specifically, the Resource Development Officer must increase the number of donors and charitable revenue through planning and executing annual campaigns, special events, major donor giving, and grant-writing. This position is a key member of the staff and helps provide direction to achieving the mission, vision, and strategy of DHC along with the executive director and as invited by the board.
