Maintenance Technician
Position Summary:
Black Realty Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Spokane, WA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair within the assigned location. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently. This position requires a truck and the ability to travel within the area.
Essential Functions:
Perform maintenance and repairs including painting, carpentry, dry wall repair, minor plumbing, and trash outs.
Paint and construct signs.
Deliver signs as per instructions.
Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical ,etc
Coordinate with outside service providers when services are needed for building repairs.
Follow all safety regulations and procedures as required.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one (1) year of related experience preferred
Must be able to use/have basic hand tools and power equipment such as power saws, drills, etc., as well as other equipment as directed.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
