This combined role involves managing parts inventory, preparing collision repair estimates and exceptional customer service along with being a great team player.
Responsibilities include but not limited to;
Order and manage automotive parts inventory, ensuring timely availability for repairs
Collaborate effectively with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless workflow
Create detailed repair orders, outlining necessary repairs, parts and estimated costs
Accurately diagnose vehicle problems through customer/insurance interactions
Assist in all aspects of the repair process from start to finish
Ability to problem solve
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of automotive technology
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in using computer systems
Drivers license with a clean record
