Pool World is a locally owned and operated over 40-year-old company seeking an entry level Administrative Assistant.

This position will handle a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Helping with Hiring and on-boarding
Handling L&I claims
Answering phones,
Ordering & maintaining supplies for our office and 4 stores
Handle all mailings
Running errands
Ensuring the office is clean and organized
Filing invoices
Dealing with all past-due customer accounts
Ensuring our compliance with the properties we serve
Assisting our Marketing, HR, Management and Billing dept with tasks as needed.
Along with other various tasks as assigned
The most important attributes a qualifying candidate should have are:
Ability to speak to customers about past-due accounts in a respectful, but firm manner.
General Computer literacy
Self-motivated/self starter
Positive Attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable mode of personal transportation to get to & from work as well as to travel between other locations as necessary

Monday through Friday with the rare Saturday
40+ hours per week.
