Mirabeau Park Hotel/MAX at Mirabeau is a full-service facility in Spokane Valley. We are currently looking to fill a full-time position in the kitchen/steward area, $16.50 to $16.50 + tip pool.
Duties/Responsibilities Include:
-Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and sanitizing.
-Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and kitchen equipment.
-Daily janitorial responsibilities in the food and beverage areas (restrooms, walk ins, loading dock, etc).
-Follow procedures for all aspects of food handling.
-Clean and monitor dish room area, prep area, and general back of house locations.
-Empty trash receptacles for proper disposal, use of compactor for certain materials.
-Use of glass racks, dish racks and heavy pots and pans.
-Other duties may be assigned, and required by scope of work.
Requirements:
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
-Must have food handlers permit
-Must be able to work various hours which include weekends and holidays.
Wage:
$16.50 - $16.50 per hour plus tip pool
