Job Title: Project AdministratorJob DescriptionWe are partnering with a local industrial service company to find someone organized and reliable to add to their administrative and accounting team in Spokane. This individual will manage projects and timelines efficiently and be highly detailed to ensure that the field team can operate successfully. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including new customer setup, updating payment statuses, customer follow-up and collection calls, account setup for Accounts Payable, matching invoices with job IDs, and more. The Project Administrator will also manage prevailing wage requirements, daily hours reports, and ensure accuracy of time entered. Additionally, the role includes assisting with onboarding new hires, managing review timelines, and staying current with licensing and fuel tax requirements for the fleet.Hard Skills
