As a Maintenance Mechanic here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our equipment and machinery. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring the overall reliability and efficiency of our operations.You will report directly to our Maintenance Supervisor and you'll work out of our Spokane, WA location.In this role, you will impact our operations by ensuring the smooth functioning of our equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in equipment and machinery
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Repair of production and facilities equipment including but not limited to pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, CNC’s, casting equipment both open air and chamber, pumps, chemical processing systems, instrumentation, presses, and robotic cells.
Help and lead Installing, troubleshooting, adjusting and repair of industrial equipment.
Perform basic and advanced preventive and predictive Maintenance on industrial equipment.
Brings forward safety and continuous improvement ideas

POSITION LOCATION: This person will work out of our Spokane Valley Plant in Spokane Valley, Washington. SALARY: The Salary Range for this position is $25.54 - $41.29 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Core strength in one of the following skillsets electrical, fabrication, machining, welding, HVAC or 5 years’ experience in maintaining industrial equipment.
Electrical troubleshooting experience.
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience.
High Vacuum experience
Industrial plumbing experience

Journeyman card in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC
EPA Universal Certificate
R-22 and R-410 certified
Welding certification
Vibration analyst Cat 1
