We are seeking a person with personal integrity, a strong work ethic and motivated to expand their professional knowledge and skills for a full-time position operating our busy self-storage facility. Typical days worked are 8 am to 5 pm, 5 days including weekends, actual schedule to be determined. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform daily functions of operating a self-storage facility in accordance with company standards.
Collecting rents/fees, posting payments and, participates in collecting past due accounts properly.
Promote rentals by competently handling telephone and personal inquiries and providing information to customers and potential customers
Communicate with customers and co-workers in a manner that is professional and in a fashion that is in keeping with the customer service goals of the company.
Maintaining the property appearance and cleanliness.
Rent UHaul Trucks and Trailers
Be prepared to work consistently full time
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Customer Service and/or Sales Experience: 2 years.
Excellent communication, both in person and on the phone
Office skills including; organizational skills, writing, math and computer skills required.
Strong customer service orientation, with good decision making ability and a professional image is necessary.
Valid driver's license, own transportation and good driving record required.
Previous Self Storage experience is a plus
