We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee and manage rental properties. As the Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in meeting with potential property owners, setting rental prices, marketing properties, and screening prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Market and advertise rental properties, including photos and descriptions.
Screen and process tenant applications, verifying income, credit, and residency.
Inspect properties for maintenance and ensure they are rent-ready.
Handle move-outs and coordinate necessary repairs.
Maintain accurate records and follow Fair Housing laws.
Perform property inspections and post legal notices.
What We Offer:
Starting pay: $20-23/hr (DOE)

Qualifications:
Previous Property Management experience is a plus
