We seek a reliable, organized, and experienced Project Manager for our BUSY Traffic Control Company.
You will be responsible for managing & scheduling projects, field employees, vehicles, and equipment. You should possess incredible multitasking and organizational abilities, effectively prioritize assignments, and complete them promptly. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and being a team player are a must.

Requirements: Project Management Experience (Traffic Control experience a plus).
Computer Literate: Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 and general business computer software programs, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
> Managing all aspects of traffic control projects from start to finish
> Tracking job progress, schedules, budgets, work crew, equipment, and all correspondence between the estimator, contractors, and
Northwest Traffic Control
> Creating Project Plans
> Bid/Proposal Support
> Enforcing NWTC Policies and Procedures
> Managing, evaluating and reviewing field personnel
> Constructing Traffic Control Plans
> Working long days, some weekend or after-hours work, and occasional travel to project sites.
> Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work.
> Reporting progress in weekly staff meetings.
> Creating weekly job status reports.

Compensation: $30.00 per hour
Paid Holidays: New Year, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
Expected hours: 40+ hrs a week averaged throughout the year.
Schedule:
10-hour to 12-hour shift
Monday to Friday (Mid-March through Mid-November)
7-hour shift
Monday to Thursday (Mid-November through Mid-March)
