Operations Manager Looking for a self-motivated, systems & process-driven leader to join our Community Services Team at Skil'skin!

We need a team-centered, detail-oriented leader who can develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure excellent and efficient service, in support of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who seek and maintain employment in the community.

This role shares a vital responsibility to ensure the team meets performance goals and objectives alongside the department Director and Vice President. An ability to leave ego at the door, along with a desire to work hard and do whatever is necessary to help the team succeed is necessary.

As Operations Manager, youll provide data driven-metrics, systems, and processes to advance the department from within, supporting the department Director as they manage staff and relationships in the community. There are times when youll have the opportunity to invest in staff with training, scheduling, quality assurance, solid record keeping & reporting, as well as improving tools and systems needed for support. It is this contribution-oriented attitude that is most needed by those we serve and valued by your teammates.

Position Overview/Highlights: Flexible schedule with option for remote work. Reports to the Vice Preisdent. A mission worth following, and a vision to be the model for all others to follow. Work Hours: Full-Time. Work Location: Skils'kin Corporate Office, 4004 E. Boone Ave, and remote from home. Pay: $23-$24 per hour. Please note we follow WA State and Federal guidelines for mask wearing, vaccine compliance, and social distancing to protect our employees and those we serve.Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations or experience in Operations Management is preferred. Program and process management.Skilled in use of a laptop, iPad, Microsoft Office Products.Experience working with disabilities or disadvantaged populations is a plus.Other Requirements: Must pass pre-employment background check.Must have a valid driver's license, and safe driving record. Must have empathy for individuals with disabilities or disadvantaged populations is a plus. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time hourly/non-exempt position with pay issued every two weeks.
