Based at Fairchild Air Force Base. Summary: As a Supervisor in floor care, you will perform duties as directed by the manager and fill contractual obligations. You will work with your team in getting materials ready for the day, vacuuming carpets, carpet shampooing/extractions, floor scrubs, striping and waxing VCT flooring, among other duties.CLICK HERE TO APPLY NOW! Education/Experience: Floor care experience is required, which should include carpet cleaning, stripping/waxing of VCT tile and machine maintenance. We prefer applicants with at least six months custodial experience, but this is not a requirement. You must have respect and empathy for individuals with disabilities.Other Requirements: Pre-employment background check. Fairchild Air Force Base Federal Background check. Must be 18 years of age and valid driver's license with safe driving record is helpful but not required. Preference will be given to those with documented disabilities. Compensation & Benefits: This is an hourly paid position and pay is issued every two weeks. As required by the Service Contract Act, Skils'kin pays an additional fringe benefit amount per hour toward the employee's health and welfare benefits which includes options for medical, dental, life insurance, and 401K. Employees also earn paid time off.
