In this position, you will support the Project Manager with a variety of leadership actives including training, communication, planning and supervising employees. You will be working alongside team supervisors, leads, and supervisors to complete daily work. Additionally, in this position, you will serve as project manager in their absence.
We provide serving line set up and tear down, cleaning the facility, dish washing, bussing, and cashiering services for the Dining Facility at Fairchild Air Force base. Education/Experience: You must have previous supervisor experience. Food service experience is preferred. Current food handler’s card or ability to obtain one. You must also have empathy and respect for individuals with disabilities.Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years of age with at least three years driving experience, and have a safe driving record determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier. Must be able to obtain a Federal Contractors Badge upon employment. Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination required. Compensation & Benefits: This is an hourly paid position and pay is issued every two weeks. As required by the Service Contract Act, Skils'kin pays an additional fringe benefit amount per hour toward the employee's health and welfare benefits which includes options for medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k). Employees also earn paid time off.
