Seattle area commercial tenant improvement contractor seeking a carpenter with 6 to 10 years’ experience with the following skills.
1. Wall and partition layout
2. Steel stud framing
3. Drywall
4. Ceiling grid
5. Hang doors and hardware
NEEDED TO APPLY
1. Valid WA Driver’s license and insurance
2. Reliable transportation
3. Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test
4. Ability to work flexible hours
5. Industry standard hand and power tools
6. Clean appearance
POSITION INCLUDES
1. Compensation $25/hr to $35/hr DOE
2. 75% medical/vision after 60 days
3. 50% dental after 60 days
4. Paid time off after 60 days
5. Simple IRA when qualified
