Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to work orders, change orders, and plan sets to complete residential construction jobs.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Maintain NWES standards and operating procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to facilitate project coordination and resolve issues.
- Maintain calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Adhere to NEC, LNI, and local jurisdictions for all projects.
- Produce clean, organized and quality work for all projects.
Qualifications:
- Journeymen's electrical card in good standing
- 4 years experience as a JM
- Proficiency in phone apps, including Slack, QBTime, Clickup, Kickserv
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
