Express Employment Professionals has partnered with Burlington-based real estate company to recruit for a receptionist/administrative assistant to manage the front office, customer relations and payment processing. This long-term opportunity is perfect for a candidate seeking a career.
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Location: Burlington, WA
Pay rate: $17-20/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Job Duties:
-Answer phone calls, assist customers with inquires, payments, etc.
-Transfer calls to other staff members as needed
-Reply to all email inquiries with accuracy and promptness
-Greet all walk-in customers, accept their payments and write receipts
-Fax and email documents as requested by owner
-Enter data into software system
-File hard copies of documents
-Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Microsoft Office proficiency
-Typing skills (data entry)
-Experience working in an office setting
-Familiarity with general office equipment
-Organization and multi-tasking skills
-Great customer service
